Private sector event guide for the 2026 Humanitarian Networking and Partnerships Weeks (HNPW)
The global humanitarian community will convene virtually from 2-6 March and in-person, in Geneva, Switzerland, from 10-12 March for the Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Weeks (HNPW). Co-hosted annually by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), this event aims to foster collaboration among participants from various sectors including the UN, NGOs, Member States, the private sector, the military, academia and beyond.
The event is free and takes place at the Centre International de Conférences Genève (CICG) venue by the Place des Nations.

As the role of the private sector in humanitarian response and disaster management continues to grow, we invite you to join us in amplifying the private sector’s voice and perspectives during this event. To facilitate your engagement, we have curated a list of sessions tailored to the interests of the private sector at HNPW.
This year, CBI is organizing three sessions covering various aspects of private sector engagement in disaster management:
- Private Sector Welcome and Networking Session (Tuesday 10, 8.15-10.30am)
- Hurricane Melissa Lessons Learned Session (Tuesday 10, 2-3.30pm)
- Corporate Philantrophy 2.0: Learning from Asia Session (Wednesday 11, 4-5.30pm)
